Monster Energy Supercross The Official Videogame 2 will give you the chance to live like a pro rider, managing all the aspects of the life inside and outside the track! And as an Xbox One X Enhanced title we support an improved shadow quality, an overall post process effects quality that has been enhanced, and we improved FX quality in general, offering a more stable FPS output on Xbox One X.
You’ll be called to arms to face the greatest of the challenges… being a Champion! In the new Career mode, in fact, you’ll not only be able to race in the most spectacular motorsport Championship but also, decide what happens before the weekend! Do you want to train on Monday, meet the fans on Wednesday, and challenge another rider on Friday? Now you can completely decide what to do during the week and try to get that win during the weekend!
Thanks to the official partnership with Monster AMA Supercross Championship, you’ll have the chance to play as one of the 80 official championship riders. Eli Tomac, Marvin Musquin, Jason Anderson, Adam Cianciarulo… these are just some of the many riders from the 250 or 450 SX Championship that you will have the chance to ride as. Hop on their bike and feel how it is to be one of the pros of the AMA Supercross Championship while riding in one of the 18 official tracks featured inside the game!
“What about me,” you might ask. Well, this year’s game gives you the opportunity to create the rider and the bike of your dreams! Thanks to more than 3,000 objects at your disposal, you will be able to create the best style for your rider and your bike. A tattoo? A beard? A new hat? You will be able to entirely customize your rider so you will showcase your style during some of the cutscene during the Career mode, such as while being interviewed by the journalists or while meeting the fans!
And do not forget to celebrate properly! This year Monster Energy Supercross The Official Videogame 2 offers the players a system to celebrate their victory in a unique way: knack-knack, fist pump, dab and many more! Remember the combination of buttons and… it’s showtime!
Where can you train? Where can you test your skills and get to know your bike? The answer is easy: in the Compound! Differently from last year, Monster Energy Supercross The Official Videogame 2 will feature a Compound area right from the start! Set in the U.S.A., the Compound will be your best friend when you think about free riding and training.
It will have three different SX tracks, with increasing difficulty, and one MX track. These tracks will be the ones you will race in while train yourself to improve your different skills: from cornering to braking, passing by scrubbing and what to do at the starting grid!
At the beginning of the game, these 4 layouts will be blocked, but thanks to different challenges and through progression you will unlock them, literally expanding the size of your Compound.
If you’re more into exploring, try to find all the ramps inside of the Compound and throw some big jumps!
Finally, Monster Energy Supercross The Official Videogame 2 features a Track Editor! Thanks to the player feedback and requests, we’ve added new pieces to give you new tools to play with. The new mathematical system adopted for the terrain deformation will create ruts on the ground and will give you different terrain behaviors. In fact, the Track Editor features new sand pieces that can be used to create new tracks, offering many ways to make a track interesting and fun. Once a track is finished and validated, it will be uploaded online so players from all over the world will be able to download it and play with it. With the new Track Editor, you will have at your disposal a virtually endless number of tracks to choose from to play with your friends and even create your custom Championship!
Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame 2 is available now on Xbox One and is enhanced for Xbox One X.
