Grand Theft Auto VI is reportedly going to be set in two locations, including Vice City.
The next entry in the incredible gaming franchise will be set ‘in or around Miami’ – known as Vice City in the GTA universe – but players will also fly to South America for some of the missions.
According to VG 24/7, GTA VI will feature a female as one of the main leading characters, but there are no more details on whether there will be more than one protagonist as there is in GTA V.

Sadly, the release date may be disappointing for eager fans as it’s expected to be ‚at least three to four years away‘, so you should probably expect it sometime around 2022.
Definitely take rumours with a pinch of salt at this stage, but still, talk is definitely interesting.
Here’s all you need to know:
In the meantime, you can look forward to Red Dead Redemption 2, which Rockstar Games revealed would be released on October 26, 2018.
The sequel has been long overdue since the debut of 2010’s seminal masterpiece, Red Dead Redemption on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
A press release on the Rockstar Games website reads:
We are excited to announce Red Dead Redemption 2 will be released on October 26th 2018. We apologize to everyone disappointed by this delay. While we’d hoped to have the game out sooner, we require a little extra time for polish.
We sincerely thank you for your patience and hope when you get to play the game, you will agree the wait will have been worth it. In the meantime, please check out these screenshots from the game. We look forward to sharing a lot more information with you in the coming weeks.
Red Dead Redemption, which was released in 2010, was a hailed as a pivotal moment for Rockstar as it proved the company didn’t need to rely on the success of GTA to thrive.
While initial impressions would mark Red Dead Redemption as a GTA clone set in the American frontier, the reality was it was much more.
Other than pulling off the usual Wild West outlaw antics like robbing banks, getting into shootouts, crossing the border to Mexico and rigging poker games, Red Dead provided gamers with the full cowboy experience such as herding cattle and breaking wild horses. Micromanaging at its finest.
Its incredible gameplay revolved around one of the most memorable and perhaps tragic, video game characters ever in John Marston, with a story so powerful and an ending so sobering and cathartic, you have to sit back and applaud once the credits finish rolling.
Guess it’s time to wait for Rockstar to make the GTA VI announcement!
